The 11th annual Arbor Day celebration will be held at the Dumont Arboretum on West Shore Avenue at 1 pm on Saturday April 30th. Dumont Boy Scout Troop 64 will raise the flag. There will be a live performance of the National Anthem. The festivities will include art contest winners, the planting of the 2016 Arbor Day tree, and we will recognize the 2016 Award of Merit recipient. The Garden Club will host a wonderful plant sale to help start your summer garden! Free attendance, refreshments. Come to support the trees in Dumont and enjoy the Arboretum Space.
